Hey Y'all!! So right off the bat, thank you to everyone that has subscribed to my newsletter this week. This is my first go at a website and after getting through all the pain in the ass trial and error parts of building it, I am now ready to push my music career even further. And it doesn't just take me smoking a cigar💨 and drinking whiskey 🥃 to do it, it takes all of you too 🙏. So for that, I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL!
My plan is to use my website to be able to reach the people that matter. Social media has only taken me so far and with all the bullshit that I see there everyday, this'll be a great way to connect with you. These blogs will be put out every Monday and maybe even randomly throughout the week(probably to vent lol). And I don't have to worry about being censored because well...it's my website(FUCK YEAH).
So this week I will be putting the finishing touches on my vocals for the last song of my EP. The song is titled "O' Alaska. I've saved putting the ending vocals on this song for last because it'll be a little out of my element and very different compared to the rest of the EP. Lets just say I've been listening to a lot of Nine Inch Nails 🔥. I might even show a small clip this week on instagram of me recording it.
Another goal this week is to learn a new song. It's been months since I've really sat down and picked a new song and all I can think of is learning a new Waylon Tune. Was thinkin' "Ramblin' Man." I've been listening to too many sad songs lately so I need something a little more upbeat lol.
And finally, I have a new show to promote for next month, July 3rd in Miami. Details are in the "Shows" section. Would be great if you could make it. As soon as I am completely finished with my EP, shows are all that I will be focusing on so look out for more dates. Well, that's it for now but ill be back here soon with more updates!
